Atomos are a trio consisting of trumpet, el-guitar and contra bass. They met at Jazzlinja NTNU in Trondheim, and the trio came together through a shared love for contemporary Nordic composers such as Jakob Bro and Mathias Eick. The music is characterized by a fluid, organic and spontaneous soundscape where the electric and acoustic meet in (dis?)harmony.
