Krambua Strings is an exciting meeting between three improvising strings and a steady bassist, all students at the renowned NTNU Jazzlinja in Trondheim. The musicians have a background in folk music, classical and contemporary music, but centers around jazz and improvisation in this new project. Standard jazz repertoire, as well as own material, is performed with drive, improvisation and dynamic interaction. In other words, everything from energetic turns to beautiful melodies awaits here.
