This privacy statement describes how Jazzfest collects, uses and processes personal information. Jazzfest is subject to Norwegian law, and we follow the current rules for personal data, and the processing of these. It is voluntary for those who visit the websites to provide personal information in connection with services such as receiving newsletters.

The basis for treatment is the consent of the individual, unless otherwise specified. Information collected in connection with the operation of the website is stored on separate servers operated by the provider. Only Jazzfest and subcontractors have access to the information collected.

Ticket ordering

Jazzfest collects anonymous information about visitors to jazzfest.no. The tool we use to collect such statistics is Google Analytics. The purpose of this is to understand how visitors use our services, and how based on this we can improve the user experience and further develop the information offered on the website. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to are how many people visit the website, which pages are visited, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used.
