The power jazz trio I Like To Sleep has since 2015 taken Norway's jazz scene by storm as a hard-hitting, but at the same time sensitive and listening band. They have made the distinctive ensemble consisting of drums, baritone guitar and vibraphone their own brand. With high-energy improvisation, heavy riffs, musical freedom, and an interplay that's pushing the envelope, I Like To Sleep points in a new direction within the crossing between Norwegian jazz and rock - called "power jazz to the people".
