With over 300 concerts and six albums on the merit list, Cortex has distinguished itself as one of the most active bands from the Norwegian jazz scene. The band plays energetic tunes with strong rhythmic and melodic themes that mix free jazz from the 60's with a modern expression. They bring with them the critically acclaimed album Legal Tender which was released on Clean Feed Records in November 2020!
