Tora Dahle Aagård can be described as an artistic firework, known for her unique talent, virtuosity, energy and playful musicality. She has written a commission for Jazzfest 2025 and is ready for Byscenen with brand new, exiting material this evening. It will be exiting and real, sore and intense, forceful and wild when Tora is given no limits. 

Tora's vision for the commission is to show multiple sides of herself as a composer, songwriter and vocalist: "To be asked to write a commission for Trondheim Jazz Festival is something I had never imagined would happen. I am so grateful for this opportunity, working intensely for this concert to be something unique" she claims about this honorable task. 

This unique evening, the audience will get to know a new side of Tora. In her usual superb way, she and her guitar plays virtuosily with several genres and expressions, but on a musical fundament demonstrating her ever-lasting love for blues and soul. 

Tora will be accompanied by the choir A Cappellissimo, conducted by Grete Daling, and Tora's usual band TORA DAA.
