Buy tickets to our concerts here
Trondheim Jazz Festival offer single tickets for our concerts.
You will find tickets to most of our concerts at Hoopla. Some venues such as Olavshallen and Trøndelag Theatre have their own ticketing system and policies on ticket- and seat fees. Please follow the links in the event pages for further ticket information, you may also purchase tickets at their ticket offices.
Tickets to other concerts are sold here at our website and at the festival office at Scandic Nidelven from Tuesday until Saturday during the festival between 12:00 and 18:00.
Jazzfest-friend

Ticket policy
Purchased tickets are not refunded. This is regulated by the Cancellation Act §22m and is Norwegian law.

Accompanying person
We accept accompanying person. The owner of the accompanying certificate will have to buy a regular ticket and a complimentary accompanying ticket. Are you not able to find complimentary accompanying tickets, contact Festival Coordinator Merete Søbstad on e-mail: merete@jazzfest.no
Age limits
We arrange concerts and events on different locations with different age restrictions.
Please see the dedicated event page for further information, we use Guardianship forms.
Guardianship form
Guardianship form is practiced at the 18- and 20-year age limit events.
The guardian must not consume alcohol before or during the event.
The guardian must be at least 25 years old.
Guardian must be present during the entire event.
You will have to sign a form which you can download here or to be handed out by the venue coordinator at the concert.
When do doors open?
The doors usually open 30 minutes before the announced concert start, unless otherwise stated. Doors at Byscenen open 60 minutes in advance.
We kindly ask the audience to show up well in advance of the concert start.
All Jazzfest concert start on the announced start time.
Is it safe to buy tickets from people online?
It happens that fake Facebook profiles pretend to have tickets for sale for sold-out concerts. Be careful, and please contact us when buying tickets, so we can verify if the seller is genuine and actually has tickets to sell.
